Each year, before a young golfer (under 18 on the 1st January) takes part in any activity, including competitions, matches or training sessions, organised by Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire County Ladies Golf Association, Parental Consent Documents must be completed and returned to the County Junior Organiser.
